Category: Comparisons
Compare the Cosatto Giggle Quad Pram and Pushchair in Mr Fox and Fika Forest. Both suit birth to 3 years; the real choice is colour, price and how the fabric fits your daily outings.
Quick answer
Choose the Cosatto Giggle Quad in Mr Fox if you want a bolder red look and don’t mind paying more for it. Pick the Fika Forest version if you prefer a quieter grey pattern and want the lower price of the two.
What actually differs between the two finishes
Both versions are the same Cosatto Giggle Quad Pram and Pushchair model, suitable from birth to 3 years and styled as a unisex pram and pushchair for everyday use. The catalog lists the same comparison price of USD 799.00 for each, but the current prices differ: Fika Forest is USD 503.37 and Mr Fox is USD 551.31.
So the decision is not about one being more capable than the other. It comes down to which fabric you want to look at every day and whether the colour difference is worth the extra spend to you.
The trade-off: bold red versus quiet grey
Mr Fox uses a vibrant red colourway with the Mr Fox pattern. It stands out in a hallway, on a bus or in a cafe, and it can feel cheerful on grey mornings. The trade-off is that a strong red is harder to keep looking neutral if you later add other baby gear in different colours, and it costs more than the Fika Forest option at the prices shown.
Fika Forest uses a grey colourway with the Fika Forest pattern. Grey tends to blend with more outfits, bags and car interiors, and the lower price leaves more budget for other essentials. The trade-off is that it is visually quieter, so if you want the pram to feel like a statement piece, Mr Fox delivers more of that.
What the catalog does not tell you
The supplied product records do not list fabric composition, included accessories, folded dimensions or car-seat compatibility. That means you should not assume either finish comes with a matching footmuff or that it is a full travel system without checking the product page or asking in store. Treat the colour and price as the confirmed differences, and verify any extra features before you buy.
How to choose between Mr Fox and Fika Forest
- Colour in daily use: Stand in the room where you will store the pram and imagine a red Mr Fox or a grey Fika Forest there. If a strong colour would bother you over months of use, choose Fika Forest; if it would lift your mood, Mr Fox is the fit.
- Budget check: At the catalog prices shown, Fika Forest is USD 503.37 and Mr Fox is USD 551.31. Decide whether the red finish is worth the difference to you before you add other baby items to the basket. Confirm the live price at checkout, since catalog prices can change.
- Verify the extras: Because the records do not list accessories or car-seat compatibility, check the product page or ask staff whether the version you want includes the same items before you compare further.
